Overview of Automatic Brushing Filters:
Automatic brush filter is a type of self-cleaning filter, which also includes suction self-cleaning filter (also known as suction self-cleaning filter) and automatic backwashing sewage filter.
Working principle of automatic brush filter:
When the water flows through the filter, mechanical impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter screen. When the impurities accumulated on the surface of the filter screen increase and the pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the pressure difference switch sends a signal, and the PLC sends a command to start the transmission motor and open the drain valve. The impurities deposited in the filter screen are brushed by the rotating brush and discharged from the drain outlet. The entire brushing and discharging process does not require personnel operation or shutdown. At the same time, the equipment also has regular cleaning and manual cleaning functions to ensure reliable water discharge in any situation.

Automatic brush filter control mode:
There are two control methods for cleaning automatic brush filters: automatic control and manual control.
Automatic control: Automatic control has two methods: timing and pressure difference. Set the filtering time on the filtering timer. When the filtering time is up, start the sewage discharge, and the sewage discharge time is set by the sewage discharge time timer; At the same time, the control system compares the system pressure difference with the user set pressure difference in real time. When the system pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the filter also cleans and discharges, and the discharge time is set by the discharge time timer. After the discharge is completed, stop cleaning, and the system returns to its initial state, preparing for the next filtration process.
Manual control: Press the manual button "cleaning" on the operation panel to clean and drain the filter.
